What's Included
A landlord gas safety check (CP12) is a legal requirement for all rental properties with gas appliances. Here's what I check during the inspection:
- All gas appliances (boiler, cooker, gas fire, etc.)
- Gas pipework and connections
- Flue and ventilation adequacy
- Gas pressure and flow rate
- Combustion analysis and safety checks
- Carbon monoxide alarm testing (if fitted)
The certificate is issued digitally on the same day. Easy to store, easy to share with your tenants or letting agent. No paper to lose.
