You'll get a 2-hour arrival window and a tracking link when I'm on my way. No guessing when I'll turn up.
Diagnosis first
I'll find the fault, explain what's wrong in plain English, and tell you the cost to fix it, before starting any work.
Repair and test
Once you're happy to go ahead, I'll carry out the repair and fully test the system before I leave.
When can I get to you?
I work Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. I'll arrange the earliest available appointment based on my schedule.
I'm not a 24/7 emergency service. If you message me outside working hours (evenings or weekends), I'll get back to you as soon as I can. If you smell gas, always call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999, they operate 24/7.
